Our Mission

Construction and demolition generate millions of tons of surplus material every year. Much of it is perfectly usable, yet it ends up in landfills at great expense to contractors and the environment. Resite was founded to solve this problem. Our mission is to create an efficient, reliable marketplace for surplus construction materials, turning one company's waste into another's valuable resource.

We believe in a smarter, more sustainable construction industry where good materials are reused, not discarded. By acting as a trusted third-party broker, we help contractors save money, reduce their environmental impact, and keep projects moving forward.

Resite Values

1

Purpose Over Waste

We believe good materials deserve to be used, not dumped. Everything we do is built on the idea that smart reuse saves time, cuts cost, and helps the people doing the real work.

2

Earn Trust Every Time

In an industry built on relationships and results, trust matters. We show up professionally, communicate clearly, and follow through whether we're finding a buyer or sourcing materials for your next job.

3

Make It Easier

Construction is complex. Our role is to make this one part simple. We take on the coordination so builders can stay focused on building.

Jayden Yoshihara is the founder of Resite Materials, a local construction materials brokerage that helps match surplus materials with the people and projects that need them.

A lifelong resident of the Puget Sound area, Jayden is currently studying construction management at the University of Washington. Alongside school, he works at ProStar Insurance and Inglewood Golf Club, where he has built strong experience in client service, communication, and building lasting relationships. These same values are at the core of how Resite does business.

Resite helps contractors, flippers, and homeowners find qualified buyers for materials left over from construction projects. At the same time, it supports buyers such as builders, property managers, and renovators who are looking for dependable materials without unnecessary cost or waste.

By managing the coordination and communication on both sides, Jayden ensures that every exchange is simple, professional, and handled with care. His mission is to make construction more efficient, more sustainable, and more connected—one material at a time.
